You gotta love Matti Lehikoinen! Such a gentle person, it's such a shame he suffered all those heavy injuries in his career.

I can remember seeing him at Megavalanche 2010 together with Simmonds - hope it won't be the last time I saw him!

If you do not like the DH Track, have a look on the 4X... in some countries this could pass as a DH track. Absolutely awsome, went there yesterday night to watch the 4X training and the riders looked like as they had a lot of fun.
Do not mix "no fun" with being unable to ride stuff like that, people know how to ride have fun on that track.

You cannot see the tire, the tree root is still in front of it and that's what you'r looking at, not a tire that is folding up.

That looks so gnarly and scary...with the exception of the narrow bridge in the middle of the track. That just looks really dumb. I hope that little bit doesn't ruin any race runs. That would be a shame.

Reminds me of some trails we ride in Idaho Springs, Colorado only Longer with more Verticle Feet But the Steepness seems comparable.

this is realy technical downhill track. If you wanna ride freeride im sure there is one too. Wiem co masz na mysli kolego, sam wiele razy zastanawiam sie czy takie trasy sa fajne czy juz nie. Ale jak uda Ci sie za ktoryms razem przejechac taki kurewski zjazd bez gleby i przystankow czujesz, ze dales rade i juz nic cie kurwa nie zaskoczy! uwiez mi, sam tak mialem w fort william.

Gora what on earth are you talking about? I think the track looks amazing, it's supposed to be difficult. Sure the riders will enjoy racing but they're not there for a bit of a laugh on a sunday afternoon its the Champs and theyre the best in the world!

What's your problem Gora? I don't think there is more money in the game as everywhere else. A track for championships has not to be fun, it has only to be championship worth - champery denitly fullfill that. And by the way, if you create a track in the Swiss Alps, then it's obius that it will be steeeeeeep Wink
